The 720-DEGREE FLY TYING VISE… a complete TURN AROUND!  The rotating vise has been around for awhile, but what if a vise could rotate on a horizontal axis as well as vertical?  Not only does it offer a traditional vertical rotary head, but the base can also be rotated, providing "HORIZONTAL" rotary action.  The 720 Vise^TM is packed with features that set new standards for the industry.  The vise makes tying parachute and extended-body fly patterns, which require rotation of the bobbin, much easier.  Once the parachute post is secured in the supplied parachute attachment, the hackle is wrapped around the post "rotary-style", via the horizontally rotating base. The base can be locked in 4 different positions when not in rotary use. Jaws securely hold hook sizes 1 down to 30.  Parts imported, assembled in the U.S.
