I am a proud volunteer for Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing.  The Denver chapter is currently teaching disabled Veterans to tie flies and cast a fly rod.  We now offer rod building classes for veterans.  The flies they tie will be lost or tattered with use, but a fly rod can be be a life long companion in their fly fishing efforts.

Stone Creek's Expedition™ series offers a very nice moderate action fly rod at a very reasonable price. Quick enough to deliver large stoneflies and streamers, yet delicate enough to land that dry fly just where you want it. A must for novice anglers and a great back-up rod for that higher end rod.
This 4 Piece Travel Rod is a Dark Burgundy Color w/ Shiny Finish and has a Moderate Action, Hardened Chrome Guides, AA Grade Cork Grip, Composite Insert on 4, 5 & 6 wts or Anodized Reel Seat on 7 wt. and includes a Rod Tube.
