I'm sure you are asking yourself... "What? Hot Sauce?"  Well... the answer is Yes.  About 15 years ago Stone Creek (distributor of all things Fly Fishing) offered a Gift Basket that included their Buffalo Hunter™ Red Jalapeño Pepper Sauce. They no longer offer the gift basket, but the hot sauce gained a cult following... and they could never drop it.    

Now with the introduction of 3 more wonderful flavors, Stone Creek rebranded it as Cutthroat™ Pepper Sauces.  Now available in Red Jalapeño, Green Jalapeño, Habanero & Chipotle flavors.

The big difference between these and major brands?  These have less vinegar and more peppers making a thicker, more flavorful sauce.

I am a proud volunteer for Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing.  The Denver chapter is currently teaching disabled Veterans to tie flies and cast a fly rod.  We now offer rod building classes for veterans.  The flies they tie will be lost or tattered with use, but a fly rod can be be a life long companion in their fly fishing efforts.
