I am a proud volunteer for Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing.  The Denver chapter is currently teaching disabled Veterans to tie flies and cast a fly rod.  We now offer rod building classes for veterans.  The flies they tie will be lost or tattered with use, but a fly rod can be be a life long companion in their fly fishing efforts.

The Elkhorn T-Series fly reel is a mid-arbor reel that features an over-sized cork-on-delrin disk drag system for deep, smooth, controlled stopping power. This proven drag design ranges from free spinning to absolute brute force strength. A perfect choice for fresh or saltwater applications at a sensible price.
The standard T-Series fly reels are pewter, but as a result of numerous requests from serious women flyfishers for a line-up of equipment specifically tailored for the lady flyfisher, Elkhorn now offers the T-1, T-2 and T-3 sizes come in a gorgeous raspberry. The bigger T-3 and T-4 reels also come in blue.
